Summer Kids’ Club is for students entering Kindergarten-6^th Grade

What Days and Times are Available?

Daily, weekly, and all summer care is available from 6:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Is Lunch Included?

Not only is lunch included, but a morning and an afternoon snack are provided as well!

What is the Cost:

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration.  This deposit will help cover the costs of field trips and t-shirts.

Member Fee:  $105 per week

Nonmember Fee:  $210 per week

Daily Member Fee:  $23.25 per day

Daily Non-Member Fee:  $46.50 per day

We will be offering Full-time Care, which is Monday-Friday for $105.00 per week. This is a 10% discount from the daily rate of $23.25.

We will be offering Part-time Care, for 3 or 4 days a week,  $23.25 per day.  You will be billed for at least 3 days per week, even if your child is here 0, 1 or 2 days per week. 

Monthly contracts will still be used for days of care, so we know how much lunch to order and that we have enough staff for each day.  And to bill correctly!

Vacations:

For families heading out on vacation or kiddos heading to camps, we will give 2 weeks of non-billed weeks of no care.  After your two weeks, you will be billed for 3 days for weeks not attending. 

SPARK:

We will be charging for 3 days per week for those not attending Summer Kids’ Club or we will charge After School Care for 5 days a week those attending in the afternoon, after SPARK. That afterschool fee is $35.00 and the students are bussed from the SPARK to the Y, arriving about 3pm. 

This change does not affect everyone, but for those that have only used us a few days a week or a month, I wanted to make sure you were aware of these changes, so you had time to consider your options for summer care.
