Fast and effective!  Three days of step aerobics, step circuit, or circuit training intervals, and two days all toning.

Days:       Wednesday, & Friday (Step/Circuit)

                         Nonmembers may purchase a Fitness Punch Card and receive 6 class punches for $30.00 OR pay a Class Drop-In Fee of $5.50
